Howard has a performance background going back to 1985 that encompasses everything from television commercials to street theatre via twelve years as a stand-up comedian.  His involvement with Purple Monster stretches back over seven years and in that time he has helped to create many highly interactive events that allow people to explore the way they connect with others, deal with uncertainty, be innovative in the way they put across a message and use non-verbal communication to assess the emotions of people they are dealing with.  Howard has never grown up so he always carries a skateboard in the back of his car.
