Following a successful career in theatre and television, Alan has developed his particular talent for connecting with audiences of all sizes into a world-class ability for facilitation. He is now passionately committed to using his creative skills to design and deliver activities and events that enable organisations to attain the very highest levels of staff engagement.  Alan also loves music and it is not possible for him to be any happier than when he is singing, preferably in close harmony, with a group of people somewhere in the world.   He is also really enjoying learning how to run a business.
