Like the start of any relationship, we’ll begin to create our own collaborative culture. We strive to create an honest, productive and enjoyable partnership which will allow us to think without limitations. We will invite you to spend time in our world, understanding the sort of things that we will expect you to participate in when you work closely with us. That is in the world of improvisation; creativity; curiosity; the emotional, physical and social life as well as the intellectual; challenging accepted wisdom and daring to be a little different.

We are respectful of fears and concerns and work with you to appreciate how far we will move out of the comfort zone into the stretch zone. We never want people to feel embarrassed, awkward or isolated. That is not our style, though at times you may feel uncomfortable, stretched and challenged, and so will we.
