Set in the context of the team undertaking a journey together, Purple Monster provide a series of experiences, always followed by a suitable period of reflection, which test the collective spirit. All the activities we provide work on collective strength and performance, whilst always provoking participants to consider their individual contribution to the whole.
We create a space in which people feel safe to step outside their comfort zone, in which they feel supported and encouraged to engage in honest and open conversations, but in which the overriding emotion will be one of joy in working successfully together.
We do not offer opinions, nor do we have any mantra to preach. We are simple facilitators, looking after the process, and giving the delegates the time and space to express themselves, and to build a deeper understanding of how this team works best.
