Chelsea and Westminster Hospital commissioned Purple Monster to design and deliver an experiential Customer Care workshop for a cross-section of staff from the Maternity Department.

More than ten years ago, we ran our first workshop and used a simple principle – if the participants got out of their seats, really enjoyed working together and had time to reflect and note their insights, then the chances are it would be a valuable learning experience.
