This is a two hour workshop to raise awareness of what may be deemed discriminatory, prejudiced or unreasonable behaviour under government legislation.

Using experiential exercises, our facilitators encourage participants to explore how best to challenge such behaviour without fear of reprisal, and the ways in which we can develop a culture where all can expect to be fairly treated with dignity and respect.

Our methods allow participants to take part in a safe and non-threatening investigation into their own behaviour, values and attitudes and that of their colleagues.

The session incorporates an opportunity for delegates to share best practice for challenging discrimination.
