Ernst & Young - Time Out for the business journey
Following establishment of the new Business Advisory Services (BAS) arm of Ernst and Young UK, Purple Monster were invited to become a part of the engagement process in the establishment and embedding of the four key operating principles for BAS.
Through fully interactive sessions that explored the strength of the team, the direction of the business and the way which people are with each other Purple Monster designed a series of highly interactive and entertaining off-site conferences that have been integral to the development of BAS over two years and have seen the business grow from 40 people to a group currently over 300 strong. Purple Monster worked closely with the Managing Partner and subsequently senior partners to create a series of engaging and challenging learning events. ![]()
