To ensure a good understanding of the business we conducted research interviews at all levels of management and staff, which was fully encouraged by Lakeland These included visits to the retail sites as well as the main sites in Kendal and Windermere. In addition, those involved in the project became customers themselves – and still are. ![]() The customer service ethos is strongly embedded across every level of Lakeland Limited. As a training provider specialising in communication and being founded on customer service training, not only did we enjoy working with Lakeland Limited, but we were able to learn from them too. We are currently in the process of providing a performance based team event for their staff conference and look forward to developing a long-term relationship with Lakeland Limited. “ For our managers conference we wanted to have a break from the now almost traditional ‘team building’ events and with a name like Purple Monster we thought we might find something with a unique perspective. We gave them a day and the time seemed to flash by in moments with the whole conference participating in a series of events that came together into a final sequence.
